The Beaker bit reminds me of the great Multiple Sidosis.
Given the quirky levels of pop- and sub-culture references throughout the lifetime of the Muppets, I wouldn't be surprised if that was one of the influences. It's explicitly a video response to Bach Bach Bach however (and Statler and Waldorf are supposedly watching and commenting on Mahna Mahna).
Ah! Bach bach bach! That's for expanding my pop culture sensibilities.
OMG Statler and Waldorf's computer totally makes the exact *beep* sound of an Apple ][ restarting! (Here we see the chronological narrowness of the demographic group who were deeply affected by the Muppets.)
